A Crypto trading platform, Automated Market Maker and the future of finance.
Put simply, crypto has two markets, the loyalist and the sceptic. Tasked with appeasing both markets our goal was to simplify the trading process and make it accessible to everyone, from crypto maxis to noobs. We went about achieved this by conducting in-depth market research and identifying key pain points for each sector. Our team leveraged best practices in UI/UX design to create a clean and intuitive interface that distills complex information into easily digestible visuals. As always trust played a huge roll in our decision making and delivering a products that straddled the bridge between innovation and confidence was key to our overall strategy. Pact.fi needed to be in two places at once. To create a brand identity that was clean, pulled back however also leant enough into the future of finance we needed to use a muted colour scheme that conveyed stability and trust.We incorporated design elements that were both familiar and future focused and also packed with features. We focused on using colour psychology to evoke emotion and communicate information. Key UI decisions included creating a dashboard that displayed important data such as the user's portfolio, transaction history, and market trends, whilst build social status into the future versions. We created a brand that focused on trust, stability, and leveraging aspects of web 2.0 aesthetics. By using best practices in UI/UX design, we were able to create a platform that was easy to use, intuitive, and provided users with the information they needed to make informed decisions in a crypto world filled with questions unanswered. Overall, our strategy was to create a brand that was accessible and trustworthy to both the crypto loyalists and sceptics.
